I have gotten some good results over on their facebook page...actually had someone from their social media group call me

Which facebook page? The AT&T page has thousands of posts with no response from AT&T. I would like to know what source to go to. Do you have a link to the page you post on?

I think some of you guys are really blowing a lot of this out of proportion. As of right now, theres nothing we can do but sit and wait. So the speculation doenst help anything unless theres concrete evidence.

I might agree with your statement, we all know, it's only a phone, but then again AT&T needs to get all of it's employees on the same page and start providing consistent information across the board to anyone who pre-ordered. Don't offer a pre-order if you don't have your ducks all in a row is my point.

But again, you are correct... it's a phone and if it does or does not arrive on a certain date it won't be the end of the world as we all know it... it just means more speculation and bad PR for AT&T.

Thank god i didnt pre order. I will get it either on Amazon i know amazon lets you keep your plan as is. Or try Radio Shack or best buy when theyre out.

They are really very good at responding and it's probably the best place to go if you need info or are having trouble with customer service.

i ordered through premier. is it normal to not see any order under OLAM and ONLY when you go to Premier and type the order number?

Thats what problem I seem to be having.

I can't find it anywhere except premiere and the email they sent me.

The phone is still "processing" and it doesn't appear that they pulled the money out yet... It better freaking ship! I bought it bright and early on the 14th!

I just hung up with Premier and they gave me a FedEx tracking number for delivery Monday, 2/21 by 3 PM!!! Super excited. They said the tracking number just populated within the last few minutes.

They only oddity that I am noticing is that some claim to have pre-ordered at late as yesterday and have tracking numbers while orders placed many days before this have nothing but processing.

Also seems Premier orders are updating quicker than all other orders.

I just spoke to an AT&T customer rep and she that they had just received an email stating that all customers who preordered before 3PM (EST) today, will receive their phones on Feb 21st.

was on the phone with premier for an hour today (billing snafu ... couldn't change data plan online.) got to the point where the CSR waived the activation fee (upgrade, obviously) and I got free overnight shipping. The rep was very kind and patient. (I would like to think I was as well... more flies with honey and all.)

Say what you will about At&t ... I have always had capable reps who were very willing to help. Good customer service goes a LONG way with me. (Screwing me by charging $45 on data is another thread.)

I'm not sure if my account is a Premier (the order wasn't) because I have an employee discount applied to the account (and all associated orders)...but I just got my shipping information about 4 hours ago and I preordered it early Monday morning.

I actually ordered on 2/13 at 5:09 PM PST. FedEx tracking says it will be delivered on 2/21 by 3:00 PM. Premier customer btw.

I just hit the deadline on Friday, and AT&T has been nice enough to go with overnight shipping so I get mine on the 21st like everyone else.
