Atrocious Service By Google in India for Pixel 2

B2X Services in India fix Google Phones in India. They took my phone for a speaker issue and scratched the display. Now I've been waiting for a month till they figure out who is at fault and fix the phones. Emails to them are replied in "The concerned team is working on your issue."

Can anyone help me escalate to someone at Google Corporate?

No one here works for Google so we can't really escalate an issue for someone else.
