Att unlocked Asus Memo Pad FHD 10 LTE not showing Hotspot option

[AC Question]

I have got my Asus Memo Pad FHD 10 LTE unlocked from ATT and now using Tmobile SIM. But i am not seeing any option for HOtspot under Settings -> Wireless and Network. Being with ATT i was able to run it on/off/configure using ATT preinstalled app "ATT All-Access". So is there any way to get that option without rooting.

I think you need to download an app so you can use the tmo Hotspot.
Have you asked the T-Mobile tech service to make sure your device is supported?
