ATT wireless plan upgrade

Has anyone been having issues with the ATT upgrade to unlimited plan at no additional charge from previous plan. I just got my bill an it was 278.00 more per month. Reviewed with ATT which confirm it was an error , but was told pay the bill would provide credit in two three months?

You mean they will not immediately fix it and you still got to pay??? That is just wrong.

My first thought is to pay the correct amount and let the refund catch up whenever ATT gets around to it. This would open the question about auto-generated late fees that might need to be manually removed later.
