[Auto] Root and Unroot (Windows)**Updated**5/20** w/MR1 update

I have done this auto root method at least 4 times and each time, everything goes fine until the point where I go into bootloader and have to flash the rom. It keeps on saying something like "no image or wrong image" then goes on to check and doesn't ask me to update anything. I have followed the instructions in the auto root to a T and even checked my SD card and the PG05IMG.zip is correct (not PG05IMG.zip.zip), I have no idea how to fix this 
Also, I have researched the problem I'm having with the "no image or wrong image" and every spot that I've seen someone with the same problem on a forum, they say it was miraculously fixed after a factory reset. I've already done 2 but to no avail

droidxcon...sorry for the confusion..i am already rooted using your methof b4 your new update. all i wanted is to get the new ruu working on my rooted phone. airforce gave me a multiupload link to download the new ruu and just flash it using hboot but i was kinda confused cuz its only 12.59mb. is this correct or the right ruu?

It ended up finally rooting! I did 3 factory resets but I'm not sure whether or not that affected the root. He said to run this program for the screen share TeamViewer - Free Remote Access and Remote Desktop Sharing over the Internet
When I start the program it recognizes my phone serial number but once it is supposed to begin pushing the files to my phone nothing happens and after approx. 5 mins the program closes. Shortly after connecting my phone to my computer a pop up will say HTC Sync is not responding try again in 10 seconds. Im not sure if this is connected to the problems I'm experiencing.
This is my first post. I want to thank DroidXcon for all the work and effort he put into this post. Got my TB rooted tonight but off to bed now. I will have to read up on what to do next. So much information in this forum. Thanks.
Sorry for the simple question, but I couldn't find the info on this in the root forums. Is there an easy way to backup your apps, settings, and media to be able to restore it after rooting? Thanks!
Rooted! Fairly simple.
I had to reboot my phone first. And I think I had to have my phone IN Fastboot for it to work. I couldn't get it to see the phone until I did.

hmm try to do a windows update
try Mybackup Pro, it will save everything but your app data, but it will back up your apps
