Yeah, I hope so too. It's kind of weird that it's working as well as it is actually. I've gotten two Android Wear updates over the past few weeks, of which have both been fine. But my Urbane LTE shows it's running AW 6.0 while my Moto 360 (2015) is running 5.1.1. Obviously connected to the same phone and running the same AW app. All seems well so far...
