Good grief, stupid costco employees. Just called the costco that I would be making the drive to and the three other days that I called all the employees had information on it and they all said that they would likely be getting it on the 8th. Now I call on the weekend, and this one chick says they have no info, no launch date, nothing confirmed from verizon.... UGH!

Yes, I even told kelly, that I find this hard to believe that u have no information on this phone when the other three reps all told me they were likely to have it on Thursday and Verizon themselves were running comericals for the 8th, and she still insisted that "o no, Verizon doesn't know when its coming..." BULLCHIP!!!
Just called my local Costco. Spoke to a sales person. She said they were getting the bionic, just was not sure when they would come in. Also was told that I could not reserve it, and could not use my 2-year upgrade discount from Verizon ($50). She told me to call back on Tuesday when the manager would be in.
Does anybody know if Costco will honor their 90 day return policy so I could swap out phones for the Bionic on day 1? My 90 days is up just a few days after the 8th, so I am really hoping that they will honor it. Before anybody jumps on me for abusing the policy just know that I have a Droid Charge and it has been an absolute nightmare of an experience and there is no way I'm getting another one. My home button doesn't even work anymore and I've never dropped it.

I just went to Costco to ask them if they would have the phones on Thursday and if the accessories were included and he said yes to both questions. He said they had not received them and he did not know how many he would get. I am not sure he was telling me everything he knows, but that is OK. He also said they may bet as little as 5 or 10 and they had a lot of people asking questions about the deal. So, get in line early, I guess.
I actually just went to a Costco as well and I'll have no problem upgrading to the Bionic. Yay I cant wait to get rid of my Charge!

My plan was to be at Costco at 10am for opening but my poor cat has been sick and has to go back to vet at 9:30. I hope these bundle packs don't sell out within the 1st hour!
I have a business card for costco so I can get in before normal hours wo ho. I just hope this deal is real.
Yeah, there is no mention of earlier hours on Costco's website. I can get a business card from my dad. How much earlier will they let me in?
I have a business card and the wireless location is not open before the store opens. I go in one day a month at 9am to get things for the office and they don't get to their display till 10am.
I guess some stores may be different but I don't know why
Can you use another lines upgrade to get this phone? I'm due for a annual upgrade but it only works if I go directly through Verizon.
I rechecked their website and it says business and executive get in at 10AM and regular members at 11AM on weekdays. But I think your local Costco could have it's own hours. I think I'll call them tomorrow and get the info.
So it seems that my Costco opens at 10AM on most weekdays. I think I can get out of my Teacher's Assistant class early and head down there at like 11:30. I doubt anyone here will even care about it, since SB is so pro-Apple, so I'll probably get one.
So does the executive card get you in early? Does this mean if normal members are waiting outside there might be 10 inside waiting at the booth in a line already? I think I'm beat out of Costco deal round 1

dont lose hope. Besides for all you know there won't be many people salivating at the kiosk before you. Just have to be there early in line to the door then be the first to run to the phone kiosk LOL.
