Costco only deals with major companies, I really can't see the extras being knock off no name crap.
I wish this didn't void my existing contract. Doesn't it?

I posted the following over in another Costco related thread.....
I checked with my local one here in the Midwest over lunch (won't be too specific cause I wanna make sure I get one!! LOL), and the guy I talked to said they didn't have them yet but would be selling them sometime tomorrow, said they stock was being overnighted to them today.
I also inquired about the accessories deal. It is a for sure bundle, except he couldn't tell me if the standard dock, car dock & battery charger/battery deal were Moto branded or some 3rd party manufacturer (off brand). Saw a comment in another thread that mentioned they had heard they would NOT be Moto branded, but I think that was either from a VZW store or BB that commented that, so might have just been a ploy to try and sell them accessories themselves. Only docks I've even seen advertised online so far have been the Moto branded "official" items.....at least I'm hopeful that's what we'll be getting.....
Oh, and they DID have the dummy unit just laying on the counter, wasn't "locked down" and tied to the display like all the other dummy units....... I know it's been covered numerous times in other threads, especially by bworley........but the phone feels AMAZING in the hand.....I was floored by how lightweight it felt compared to a Tbolt or even my current HTC WinMo slider phone I have. I normally just carry my phone in my pocket....even the bigger screen/form factor (current phone only has a 3.7" screen) it will hardly feel noticeable. Of course its still nice weather & I was wearing cargo shorts with big pockets, but should still be fine when jeans weather rolls around.....not a fan of "skinny" jeans even on skinny people so I DEFINITELY don't wear them myself. LOL!

Which MD store did you call? I called the two near me and neither of them were sure if they would have it or not.

I just got of the phone with my costco in Brick NJ, they are telling me that they will have it on September 13 as they have not even received the demos yet.. but did confirm they wil be cheaper then everyone else although she would not confirm other reports i read that it will be 279.99. She did confirm a bundle though. To tell you the truth im going tomorrow anyway because for the last week i have not been able to get a straight answer from anyone.. and I blame verizon cause they created this mess of confusion

My understanding is that Costco policy does not allow pre-orders or waiting lists. No backorders either. They only sell what is in stock and it is strictly first come first served.
Stores in my area are receiving only 6 units each.

Just got off the phone with Costco in Marlboro NJ they have 6 and are expecting more on Friday, the deal is confirmed, the bundle and they are selling them at 279.99.. I can not believe Im doing all of this for a phone

Wow...thanks for this. I was all ready to show up at Costco tomorrow and get my new Bionic with the early upgrade. I just called my Costco to confirm, and yes, if you want to get it with the early upgrade, you CANNOT do it at Costco.

Just got off the phone with my local Costco in Hazlet, NJ. Guy confirmed the accessories bundle with the phone. That they would have the phone in stock at opening tomorrow, but that he had "very few phones" and to get there early. I guess I'm gonna be one of those creep customers at the door as the unlock it tomorrow morning...
The local Costco opens at 10 and you know I will be sitting in the parking lot at 9:50 just to make sure no other punks beat me to the kiosk.
Wondering if buying at Costco resets grandfathered data plan or messes with any other Verizon account settings. I assume it does something sense Verizon would want you to buy from them correct?
