AWFUL! Don't upgrade!!!

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!! I want my old operating system back. I have a Samsung S5 with Verizon. NOTHING WORKS... my phone is unusable! It freezes, powers itself off randomly, battery drains extremely fast, apps won't open, "errors" out because it can't open something... this has been a nightmare and I've been battling it for 5 days. I've been into Verizon store twice! Lo and behold, once you've "upgraded" to Lollipop, you're stuck with it and can't even put it back to factory specs. Seriously?.... Someone should have made sure that it worked before letting this thing loose on customers. My advice...DON'T upgrade until they've fixed the bugs, and it better be soon!!!!!

it's been 2 weeks since I've upgraded both of my Verizon Galaxy S5 smartphones. (one used daily and the other one as wifi-only device) Both have been working flawlessly, so I am going to assume that your phone have other hardware issues?

Did you do a factory reset after Lollipop?

Worst case, just ask Verizon to swap your phone with another S5. (will be a CLNR S5)
