Ha yeah it does look like that! Thank you for your kind words. I will be reviewing a lot of stuff so if you would like to see more then give me a follow on YouTube!I also forgot to add that when you first showed the video of you playing asphalt or whatever that driving game was I almost had a heart attack because I thought your screen was shattered.
I am thinking of selling my pixel as well having gone back to the S7 Edge. Haven't really felt the itch or need to go back to the pixelI have Pixel XL collecting dust now that I have S7 Edge setup with nova launcher the way I like it. I'm loving it. Both great phones no doubt but I like the design and feel of S7 Edge (don't use cases) and Samsung pay and external SD card. I have 128gb in. 3 reasons good enough to get me thinking I should probably sell my Pixel XL.
Great first video!!! back to my video quality complaints about this phone...Hey guys, I did a quick review of the Pixel XL on YouTube! Check it out and let me know in the comments how you like it!

Yeah I was actually trying to be a little jerky to see how it reacted. But yes I do notice that when I'm recording.Great first video!!! back to my video quality complaints about this phone...
When you were outside taking the video of your child and dog in the snow, did you notice that when you pan (move the phone from left to right) how not smooth it is? It's like a quick jerk and shift. The EIS makes the movement in the video so smoother until you pan with the phone in hand.
I switched as well back to the S7. I did love the pixel though. I was at Verizon looking at cases for the S7 and I saw the Kyocera Duraforce pro at Verizon. While it doesn't have the to specs like the pixel or other flagships I bought it due to my obsession.I am thinking of selling my pixel as well having gone back to the S7 Edge. So you're holding on to it?I switched as well back to the S7. I did love the pixel though. I was at Verizon looking at cases for the S7 and I saw the Kyocera Duraforce pro at Verizon. While it doesn't have the to specs like the pixel or other flagships I bought it due to my obsession.
I had zero issues with my pixel though. It is one of my favorite devices by far.
No the pixel is gone. I swapped that for the S7, then I swapped that for the Kyocera. I swap phones a lot.Pixel
First off , if that is your kid's room it is kind of Awesome. Also looks like your dog isn't really used to snow but it's kind of having fun with it. You're opening logo sequence thing was also pretty cool.
The Google pixels do have water resistance ratings however they're just not as high as the Samsung and iPhones. Also the way that they are implemented the electronic stabilization in the pixel is better than it would be to use OS with everything else approximately the same.
Overall I liked this review and I think it be really awesome if we had more members sharing their reviews of various devices. In fact I'd actually like to see a bunch of those rather than some of the videos that we actually do get from the professionals.
Sounds like a defect with your unit as no one else here has had the same issue and I've heard nothing but rave reviews regarding the video taking quality.
I agree with you. Definitely not a defect, just how the hardware in the pixel works. I watched a review on YouTube yesterday and the guy stated that when you take a video you have to be conscious of how smoothly you pan the phone when moving around. I have never in my life been conscious of how I move my phone while recording video. His sample video was outside so it was super nice, except for the herky jerky panning it is so bad! What is this EIS crap, I feel like that is half the problem. so he has this gorgeous video and without the phone on a tripod the video turned to crap! He did take indoor video as well, which came out not so good. I am including then link below. If it's a defect, it isn't a rare one. Over several forums, a number of people have trouble with the video indoors. It's bad. Outside, in bright light, it's okay But indoors in artificial light, no.Nor do I think EIS makes up for a lack of OIS. I get that a lot of people have zero issues. Good for you guys. The video complaint is not as widespread as far as I can tell as the connectivity problems, but it's not just a couple of people with defective units either.
I really don't get it. It's so frustrating!! Used my s7 edge for two weeks and just popped the sim in the pixel. It's like a breath of fresh air to use the phone. I'm so torn.Yeah the EIS is not good in it. I don't understand why Google, with stuck a high price tag, decided to exclude something that nearly every flagship has in its camera now. The Pixel has a great camera but it would be made that much better with OIS.

Well camera I'm fine with, I actually like it better on the pixel. It's the video smh. C'mon I can't sleep at night trying to make my decision lolSince you seem to want camera above all I would just save yourself the hassle and go back to the S7 Edge.
