In advance of performing a factory reset, I'd like to backup as much non-OS as I can to a flash drive or external SD card instead of some OTA, cloud service. This sounds like a simple process but I'd like to hear from the "experts" before attempting anything myself.
Yes...I have a micro USB OTG dongle and I've used it countless times to transfer files, documents, pictures, music, etc. to and from the tablet. Copying such files will be a snap but it's backing up the less obvious stuff like contacts list, browser and app settings, etc. that's not too clear to me.
What's my best bet?
