Battery drains extremely fast after jelly bean update

Since i've updated my phone software to Jelly Bean my battery drains very very fast!
and i don't know why!? Alle the Apps that are installed were installed before i've updated the software and the battery life was much better!
what can i do against this problem?
It's seriously sooo annoying!
if i'm listening to music, texting, have wi-fi on at the same time my phone dies in maybe 2 hours. i can't use it like before....
hope someone can maybe help me?

What device do you have? You may need to either clear the cache in recovery or do a factory reset.

Probably. When a big update happens, a reset may be needed so the OS can rebuild the framework.
