Battery getting drain within a minute when reaches to 25-30%.

Hi Friends,

I have bough new Samsung galaxy grand which is working fine, but the only problem is the battery drain very quickly almost within a minute time when it reaches to 25 - 30%.
From 100% to 30% charge, it works very fine.
Have anyone on this forum faced this unique issue.

Welcome to Android Central! You could try calibrating the battery monitor by letting the phone shut off automatically when the battery is low, then immediately charging up to full, and letting it drain again. Do that cycle 3 or 4 times, then see if the meter is more accurate.

If it persists, then the battery could be faulty. Can you try a replacement battery?
