I've been noticing fantastic results lately. On Sunday, I went to bed with about 13 hours off the charger, and around 60% battery still left. Granted, I probably had less than an hour of screen-on time with that, but my Galaxy Nexus barely made a through a day under similar conditions.
One thing I've started to notice though, is that the WiFi seems to drain my battery more than LTE. I'm on T-Mobile in Cleveland and have pretty solid reception around here, but that seems counter-intuitive to me. I know I always got better battery life out of my GNex when I was on WiFi. But the last few days, I've left WiFi completely off and have gotten great results. This morning, I turned WiFi on when I got to work and by 10:00 my battery was down to 83% with very minimal usage (over about 2.5 hours off the charger). I turned WiFi off at that point, at right now, at about 12:30, I'm at 80% on my battery, with similar usage over the past couple hours.
Yesterday, not being connected to WiFi, I checked my battery stats before I went to bed, and with over 15 hours on the charge, and just shy of 2 hours screen-on time (it was like 1 hour 55 mins), I still had 30% battery left.
Needless to say, I've been thrilled with my battery life.
Edit: Here's a screenshot of my usage today so far. In the time between when I wrote this up and took the picture, my battery went down the 1% to 79.
