If I leave my phone unplugged overnight the battery drops almost 40% what do I do

For starters download gsam battery app.. Charge to 100% and run down through night and post results here

Use an app killer and a battery doctor.

I use the ones by KS mobile. If you don't kill all the apps before you shut the screen it will gobble your battery life.

Get BetterBatteryStats from XDA Developer. It'll show which app is waking up your phone.
