Battery Life - Results

After first full charge, here are the results.

Very happy with them considering I have been doing benchmarks and playing a lot.

I have the S9+ and I think the SOT is probably an hour more than S8.

First day of real usage. Commuting to the office and back, all the time with 4G.

Much better than my S8 !

Time to call the day with still 13% battery left.

This is clearly the best battery I have ever had. With other mobiles I would barely get to 3.5 hours due to the 4G reception in the office and commuting.

I think with the S9+ I could get to 6 hours SOT on a normal day.

I will leave it now unplugged and see how the battery drains overnight.

Yep, initially seems Exynos is good and 845 is mediocre. Key word being, “seems”.

If you're in the North America or China, it's going to be 845. If the phone came from outside that, it's Exynos.

Has anyone tried medium power saver mode yet? I am also someone who rarely uses auto brightness unless I'm outside.

Bit difficult to say because I charged for about 30 mins and got to almost 50%.

Then in the office I finished charging wirelessly but using at the same time. Probably it took another hour and a half (from about 30%).

Essentially I think American markets get the 845 and everyone else the Exynos.
