Even better after the update.

Still 16% left and almost 6 hours SOT most on 4G.

Unfortunately I need to commute back home so won't be able to see the full SOT.

So 2 people get bad battery the thread is filled with comments, others post great battery results and it's just 3 people replying each other. We can see bias ;) any way here are mine. LTE all day

Most of the bias is by default, since folks are talking about two chipsets and not stating which version. Two interesting and opposite apparent trends from feedback. Battery life seems better with the 9810, but signal reception seems better with the 845. Anecdotal, of course.

Coral blue S9 on T-Mobile here. Battery life is my only complaint so far. Everything else has been top notch. My Nokia 8 had at least 40-50% better battery life on average. Then again it's running stock Android.

I'm already down to 42% with average usage today. Took the phone off the charger at 10 AM. It's now 622 PM. I usually don't sleep until about 130 AM.

Battery life isn't disastrous, but I was certainly hoping for better. Much better.

My first full charge, 845...

However, Samsung should enhance its battery performance..!!
I think 27 hours of battery with 5.5 SOT is very good. If the mobile is used non stop SOT would be above 7 hours.

From all the mobile I had (quite a lot) the S9+ has the best battery by far.

What would be good for you?
