Battery life sucks as a Samsung usual

My opinions on the battery are mixed. I have the tmobile model and just got the att one today. For most of the week I had pretty average to below average battery life with the cell standby issue. Nothing rid my phone of the standby problem.

On day 5 I decided to do a master reset and start over. I got much better battery life after the reset. Something in the range of 4+ hours screen time. And the phone lasted close to 18 to 20 hours. For me I can live with that.

As for as the att model there are differences. There is no cell standby issue. It doesn't even show up on the usage list. It is day one on this att variant so I'll hold off any other opinion.

As I mentioned in another thread the screen on the tmobile model is noticeably brighter than the att one with the same settings.

Really excited to see your comparison of the 2 regarding battery after you settle in with the ATT version.

T-mobile galaxy s6 edge owner and I have been having problems with my battery draining like 20 percent over night. I got the phone last tuesday and it was great the the first day or two and then I started noticing the battery draining. Or maybe it was draining the frist 2 days also but I didnt notice since I was using the phone heavy to download all my apps and settings.

But as of now I do think I have a battery draining issue.

I am also facing same issue with my Samsung mobile, Within two years of buying time my mobile battery started heating up.
