I took the phone off the charger at 10pm. This was 6 hours later after using it

Anyone know why HOME might be taking up so much power? This only happens after I charge my phone to 100%. If i restart my phone after it goes back down to 4% ish..

Only have beautiful widgets..

Doesn't look like the battery life is better than a lot of other high-end Android phones despite having a bigger battery.
Best so far on my S4, about 40% brightness since I'm usually in the shade or indoors

No, I'd say the G2 definitely performs better than that. I have shots right in this thread of 22.5 hours on a charge and 6 hours of screen on time with 10% left using Auto Brightness. Here are shots of my current battery screens that I just took ...

My goodnes JayWill...that battery life is splendid. I can't get that with my phone to save my life...I'm averaging about the same as the S4 post. 15 hours on 4 hours of screen time? But there's also a *wakelock* 1013 that keeps my phone from sleeping and I can't figure out how to get rid of it...

Nice! That's what I'd expect with a battery that big, looks like it's in line with the Note 3 battery life :)

phone off charger at 12 pm today (100%), by 9pm it was down to 33%. maybe 20 mins of talk time. 2.5 hrs screen time @ 70%. the phone was even off for about 2 hrs midday. This battery life is killing me

It's all about getting that idle consumption down and Android System under control. It's been a work in progress. I'll post the things I've done with Apps and settings when I have a chance to get them all together.

This! I use juice defender and my idle time is amazing since it turns off mobile data

Just remember, when you first get it,the battery will suck because ya will play with it a lot at first, like mine.

Consistently getting the 6 hour range on screen time. Pretty good in my opinion.

Played with my phone quite a bit today... But overflow continues to screw me over when I lock my phone. I don't get much screen time because of it...

This is very true. I've stopped obsessing over this and since all in all this phones battery is truly amazing. Yes there has been a random idle drain for me but it's been rare. Lol probably will suck now that I said it. But all joking aside this phone is a beast. I really have not worried to charge it over night. I woke up this morning with 60% I haven't had a phone like that since the star tack days and this phone does a little more:) and I will compare again to my gs4. That phone was fried in a few hours of heavy use.

The battery on the Note 3 is supposed to be better right?

I just finished a 12 hours shift, used both equally by alternating back & forth.

Browsed, Sent a few Text Messages, YouTube, Streamed Audio, Watched Videos and Listened to Music

LG G2 I have 77% left. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is down to 49%

???

What's using the battery on each?

I cleared it this morning when I charged both.

Right now it's...

Note 3 / G2

Screen 35 / 9 (?)
Google Services 30 / 32
Android System 3 / 29 (?)
Cell Standby 13 / 8

Okay, what's up with this? TBH, I never paid attention to Battery stat until I noticed the difference.

Looks to me like you're using the Note 3 more than the G2 based on the screen percentage.
