Just talked with a customer rep at BB. She said phone would be shipping today (Friday). Although I have no shipping information.
They would not allow me to cancel and do an in store pick up.

Did a chat, they told me the same thing. I picked the quickest shipping too. Still no email about shipping or anything =(

So how long does the whole picking up process take there? I will be getting to best buy at 5pm but i have places to be at 630 so i was hoping the whole process wouldnt take too long! And i wanted to transfer just mainly my contacts and MAYBE my music but nothing else.. Does the HTC Transfer app let you select what you want to transfer?

Go into settings on new phone. Tap transfer and it gives you directions from there. Easy.

Can you pick what stuff you want to transfer? I really only want my contacts, maybe a few apps that i downloaded and my music! I dont want all my crazy pictures those can go away..

Didnt even get an email about the screen protector... On a side note i stopped in to a sprint store by my work and asked if they had any in stock and they said yes and i was ready to buy one! Only problem is i ride a motorcycle and i forgot that i left my backpack in my office... OH WELL i will be picking up my best buy One later tonight!

Best Buy where I live only got 5 for AT&T and just a few for Sprint. Looks like AT&T stores are your best bet.

Not a pre-order but I got mine about 20 minutes ago from Best Buy. In and out in less than 30 minutes. If anyone else gets their phone from Best Buy, I need you to verify something for me. When I went to get a case, the price tag was labeled "HTC M7"!!

Had to cancel my BB order. They were not shipping today. Still awaiting stock. I went to the AT&T store and picked one up without a problem. The phone is just awesome. Love everything about it except the placement of the power button. It is an iphone5 killer for sure.

"M7" was the original codename for the One, so you should be good to go!
