Yea the weather animation is much much better on BW. I don't really care either way, but it's definitely a crowd pleaser vs WWD.

Tried it and chose to use it over WWD. It just looks and redraws better.

Just saw that the creator of BW got a C&D and has to remove it from the market. He says we can keep it if we back it up. Anyone know how to do that?

Open ASTRO File Manager
Hit the Menu button
Choose Application Manager/Backup
Choose BW and Backup!!

What a bummer, I always assumed the widget on the HTC commercials was this widget. I really love this thing, and hope the dev can make some kind of subtle changes to get around their C&D. I assume this means we wont be getting any more updates?

As long as there are not major changes that would effect the app... more than likely it will be OK.

I think it will. I would back that up too.
Worst case, I will Root and load the complete Sense UI just for kicks.
