I just got $350 for my droid charge yestarday before it dropped to 40%. I purchaced the moto razr for $799( I know I am an idiot, so don't make me feel worse than I already do)

My question is, do y'all think best buy will match Verizon's retail price of $649?

My theory is
$799 at bb
Match Verizon's $649
Minus
$350 for charge

Walk out paying $$300

Their requirements for price matching are:

A. Regular price (no sale or promotional prices)
B. In stock at a local brick and mortar competitor (not online)

The full retail price through VZW fulfills both requirements, so I don't see why they wouldn't

Wait now, you got $350 for a charge? How does one get that?
Do you have to purchase a phone and they give you credit?
Can a joe off the street walk in and just get cash?
I'm asking cos I have a charge and just went to vz's trade in website and they will give a measly 76 bucks.
I gotta buy full price cause:
  1. Way far away from upgrade date
  2. No 3g to 4g discount
  3. No early upgrade
All I have is the living social coupon, so I would like to knock off any money I can from the price.

Im assuming hes using Best Buy Buy Back for the $350 on the charge. Im getting $299 for my thunderbolt tomorrow and hoping they will match that $649

Don't you have to purchase the phone from Best Buy to be eligible for their buy back program?

I was going to do the same thing, but Best Buy will only give you a gift card for the price of your phone. I don't have an upgrade ready, but Verizon will do it over the phone if I buy it from them. If Best Buy would give me cash, I could sell it back, and then buy it from Verizon and come out not paying any money. Oh well, I was getting really excited, too.

Anyone want to buy a $300 Best Buy gift card? lol
