My preorder still says processing. I had setup for pick up at a local store. I'm wondering now if they will be doing the activation in-store rather than pre-activating it prior to shipment to the store.

Yeah, they're picky about letting people pick up before the release date.Now I'm not so sure. Showing available for pick up when I check the order but still says available on March 16. Oh well, I can wait another day if I have to.

My BestBuy Verizon phone order status changed today to ready for pickup but the date said tomorrow. I called the store and was told my phone is sitting right there and I can pick it up anytime, don't have to wait until Friday. Going tonight after work. Not a moment too soon too because my current phone is routinely shutting down all of its system processes and apps. It's like it knows it's being replaced.
Mine is available as well. the rep said i had to wait until tomorrow to pick it up. let us know if you have any luck getting it tonight!!
ahhhh...they wouldn't give it to me!! They apologized profusely and offered to give me a case at half price for my trouble, but the rep I talked to on the phone at noon gave me wrong info and the phone was not available for pickup until tomorrow. I was also picking up a microwave so it wasn't a totally wasted trip, but I wouldn't have gone today if I had known. Oh well, I made an appointment to have them help me activate it tomorrow.
