Anyone have any luck picking up the 512GB today at Best Buy?

Well best buy pulled it off. I have the ultra 512. So far I prefer the 120 refresh

It's a good thing I did not order through Best Buy in my area they did not receive the shipment yet and they don't know when it will come in, it's still listed as in transit

This seems to be the problem the promotion isn't recognizing aura blue phones as valid. I did call them this morning and them emailed me saying I needed to reply with a copy of my pre order receipt and IMEI, but after that haven't heard back from them. After asking around on reddit the only people with the issue are the aura blue so I'm trying to bring it to their attention

Were you finally able to order your free goodies? After not hearing anything for a few days, I got an email from Samsung asking me to send them a copy of my receipt, IMEI number and address and they will confirm and manually register me. I also got a call from them Fri night and they ran through some troubleshooting steps (clearing cache/data and then uninstalling and reinstalling the app) but still no go. I'm not sure if this is just a Best Buy thing for Aura Blue but my box had 2 IMEI numbers, labelled 1 and 2. We tried both. I sent them a screenie of the box too.

I had no problem in registering my device. Mine is in pending approval status as I just registered on yesterday.

Notified me the night before. Being that it's after pre-order date you will get email as soon as they mark it ready

Picked up my 512GB S20 Ultra today at Best Buy. Much better than waiting on Verizon with that April 17-24 ship date.

My first case is the Otterbox Symmetry case and it's even "5G Compatible"
What in the world makes a plastic case 5G compatible is beyond me.
