LOL...You aren't the only one. I've pretty much given up though and moving on with my day. Others already HAVE their phone now (happy for them, at least), yet mine still hasn't even shipped apparently. So much for ordering minutes after ordering went live.

Honestly, I was just calling the number of my local store, since I had it stored in my phone. All the store phones dump you into the national automated system nowadays.

My friend ordered through Verizon and got hers yesterday. Was messing with it. Nice phone. I got the s8+ but I did in store pick up.

I am in the same boat order number begins with 3 and nothing shows up under guest. I ordered in store if that matters.
Since I got the discount coupon BB clearly has my correct e-mail. I am only mildly worried. I have so far resisted going into the store to verify which I suspect takes one less crazed person from bugging the BB staff.

I would also like to add my thanks to the BB folks who are brave enough and willing to post their thoughts and observations. Thank you

I did in store order day 1 of preorder.
I called the corporate number to check my status. the machine said preparing then it gave me to a rep. He said its possible that I could get it today but most likely tomorrow. What is annoying is that I then called my local store to see if I could pick it up later or what they've heard and they are like "We haven't heard anything like that, we are opening early Friday for release. if it does release early you will get an email." Right after the guy on the phone said today or tomorrow for pickup....

That is what mine has said and I walked in and pre ordered on March 30th. Seriously wish I ordered to ship online. It's going to be a mad house on Fri if we have to go the day of release to get it. Wish they would just release the cracken already!

Morning all. Checked in when I got to work and it looks like online orders that are being shipped are are beginning to be shipped as of today. Online orders that are being picked up in store can't be released until Friday. In store preorders being picked up can't be released until Friday. This could all change at any time before Friday but that's just what I was told.
