Maybe I will even cancel the order.... I wanna activate it... My inner baby is ready to fight.
I think next time I will order elsewhere. My grandma can go to Best Buy and pick up her phone, but this is not great customer service, I don't want delayed pick up (other people have their phone already) and then be hand held.
I guess my money will do the talking, and I will let them know. Funny in a time when Best Buy is the showroom for Amazon, you would think they would want to make people happy.
This is not an attack on our friendly Best Buy Associates in here, you guys are great and I appreciate all the info you have provided. Maybe you guys should show these threads to you managers and district managers, if they want to save the company maybe some of this will flow up to where it needs for a so things can change.
Just tell them to let you get it and go. I have done this with countless reps and they let me leave and do the stuff myself.
