I love my HTC EVO, but my ultimate solution would be a EVO form factor with a portrait, slideing, qwerty keyboard.

I challenge HTC to build it for Sprint!

I would say Motorola because I have loved every one of the Droid series they have made EXCEPT for the unfortunate trend of locking them down so tight that I might as well buy from Steve Jobs!
