I own a droid x, but gotta go with HTC on this as well. The X is my favorite phone as far as build quality goes but HTC is just so amazingly consistent with the quality of their phones. Samsung is the runner up for me, just for the pure volume and depth they managed to push in the last part of the year with the galaxy s line.

If it had Super Amoled or something similar HTC would be the best android phone maker period. Motorola can market mediocre phone like no one else, their "super phones" are good but not great. Samsung has the screen tech and got close but their phones just lack something... so HTC it is.
