BestBuy S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

West coast here, I stopped by best buy and they have no clue how much stock they will get. They said they are getting shipment later this afternoon and then will start calling/emailing people for tomorrow pickup.

i cant even call my bestbuy to ask about my order... nobody picks up the phone... now i have to drive there from work talk about out of the way from going home smh...i called bestbuy customer service and they made it seem like i should be good for tomorrow but they said wait for a confirmation email...

I had to call 5 times and ask for geek squad to get me to phones..

Never again with BB this was a worse Exp than with Sams Club with my Note 7 fiasco

I keep getting disappointed as they said to wait for an email and every time my watch viberates for a notification and see an email I get let down when I check and it's spam ughh
 
As I was just reading this right now best buy just called me said they have plenty and that my phone is there!!! ??????????????????
 
Just spoke with a representative at my local Best Buy, he says that I'll see pre-ordered until tomorrow, once the device goes live then I'll receive an email to pick it up. Not too confident about that though.

Gotta keep da faith! Lol my preorder been saying in progress and we will email you when its available since I ordered March 1 smh
 
I got a call to schedule an appointment @ about noon, and was told they have my phone. I can pick it up tomorrow, no pick up email yet. Still says preparing online.
 
I just called our local store and they said they should be getting them on the truck tonight, but don't come in tomorrow until you get an email. I preordered in-store for pickup on 4/23.
My order status still says "order received" "In progress"
 
Just stopped into my store. It looks like my phone (Black 128GB S10) will be available tomorrow. They only received (6) total in and I asked to see the preorder list, I was #7 but the 1st for that specific phone. He said they are carrier specific as well?

The other two phones were white S10 and S10E both 128GB. He said it's not looking good for those, there were 200 at the distribution center but he said that is for the entire district of Best Buys. I'm not too happy because they seemed pretty confident that they would have plenty of each phone.

This honestly makes no sense why they are getting so few. It seems like through the carrier or Samsung everyone got theirs. I wish they would be clear because I'd cancel and get AT&T now. But I don't want to cancel if I'll get it tomorrow. And I can't cancel tomorrow or I lose out on headphones. Man this suuuucks!

^ thats what i want to know about the blue cuz thats what i ordered...im not even going to my local bestbuy to ask for an update... ill just wait for a phone call or email... if i dont hear anything tomorrow ill call customer service
