BestBuy S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

Not looking good on my end. Just called and asked for an update and they said weren't able to guarantee I'll get it tomorrow. Depends on the number of phones they get and then the order of names for the pre orders :/

Same thing they told me.
I have a backup order from Samsung so that I dont miss out on the preorder goodies. Thats ships for 22nd of march date. So I have ample time to cancel that if needed.

Yeah just talked to my Best Buy and said if it's white I probably won't get it. The stock was low. Man that sucks

i cant even call my bestbuy to ask about my order... nobody picks up the phone... now i have to drive there from work talk about out of the way from going home smh...i called bestbuy customer service and they made it seem like i should be good for tomorrow but they said wait for a confirmation email...

Yeah I don't have a whole lot of faith about this. I pre-ordered in store to take advantage of the trade in on my S8 without worrying about the Samsung horror stories. When I placed it they said it would be here on the 8th and my confirmation email says fulfillment date is the 8th but this is what my order status has shown since the beginning. At least I have all the emails showing that I pre-ordered it to get the buds.

For those of you who ordered for store pick-up, has your order status changed from "Pre-Ordered?" That's what mine has been from day one and neither the "make changes" nor the "cancel item" have been grayed out.

Mine saying Preparing too but I got all the next plan agreements for the Black phones hours ago but not for the Prism White. If I knew Prism White was sold out I would have gotten a different color. Not a cool system.

Same with my store. It's ridiculous but one store answers the phone for 4 other stores and all you can do is leave a message for them to call you back. I'm going into my store on my lunch.
