BestBuy S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

Yes, its marked as shipped and I have a tracking number.

Well lucky you I bet you get it soon! All I can do is hope I get an email later tonight cuz their shipment doesn't come in till late tonight before they close. And I called Samsung she said I can order and cancel but once I get shipping notice of course I can't cancel but I can refuse the order when it comes. So maybe I should try but now I'm headed to work so it wouldn't be till tonight anyway so I might as well wait and see if I get the email. And I did call Best Buy they do have one black one but that's not worth losing the pre-order over if it was white maybe yes my husband has the white that's very nice.
 
Flamingo pink seems to be very popular option or just they made fewer of them.
 
I did ask my store if I could change colors they said I would have to cancel and re-order an lose out on the buds. But white is only my 2nd choice and they don't have it neither. If I am going to lose out on the buds I'd rather try Samsung since someone here ordered Mon and already has shipping info. My store was getting shipment in tonight but I haven't heard anything or gotten an email and there closed now.

Rose you are waiting on the pink one right? every other Verizon variant is available at my stores here in Florida except the damn pink one... I forget did you ask your per-order store if you could change colors?
 
And now I just want to go home and order from Samsung because whoever ordered Monday already has shipping info but it's the weekend and I doubt anything will be done on the weekend and I'm leaving Wednesday to go out of town so I don't know if it would benefit me to do that or not.
 
I punched in the zip code of the hotel I am staying at and I didn't see any on Best Buys website. Some say a specific date but none had for pick up now I don't think and the dates were after I would be gone.
Not talking about best buy. It's PLENTY OF stores here on Chicago besides best buy. I'm to impatient for them anyway.
 
As I expected, still no pick up email. I checked my order and it still says "in progress". Man, I was really hoping to pick up my phone on the way to the St. Patrick's Parade. Hopefully some of yall got your emails! Oh well, I'm not going to let this spoil my time.

I know but I need to do the 550 trade in so it has to be Best Buy or Samsung. Best Buy just said they have no idea when they are getting it in so I give up. But now I going to just order from Samsung and lose out on the buds. I have a $150 Best Buy gift card so I'll use that for the buds at a later time it was going to go towards the phone. And Best Buy said they only hold orders for 5 days and I told then I am going out of town Wed-Sun wont be back till next Monday.

Lucky You! Which model and color did you order? My store said they got none in last night. I have come to the conclusion to just wait it out it's not like I am without phone. And I tried to order from Samsung just to see if I'd get it quicker cause someone else ordered Mon and had shipping info in 2 days but guess what stupid me didn't realize my husband hadn't sent in his phone yet so my order got put on hold so once again I had to cancel and am just gonna wait out this Best Buy thing and not let it bother me anymore.


Those who have their phone enjoy. My husband said well at least you got pie on your phone it's like a new phone. LOL! But anyway I have a vacation to look forward to next week so I can't be stressing over a phone.

I hope this helps many of you that are still waiting. I was told by the first person that basically they had no idea when I would get the phone to just wait as they were getting more stock but the person could not tell me when. I told them I dont like the lack of communication since I got no updates or delayed emails. I asked if I could get a different phone instead. Then the person transferred me to someone else twice and this last person said sorry we are having technical delays. But this person actually gave me the answer I originally asked. I hope this helps yall

What did you order a regular S10 and what color? I know I just wish I could get a date but the pink is so popular. I never had an availability date to begin with just said we'll let you know and I wish I would of caught that before I left the store and changed to white but too late now. But yes a little info of when would be helpful and no-one knows anything. But I know now never again with Best Buy.

I got the prism White s10+ sprint 128. I've never had an actual date either just email you when ready its been like that pretty much since I ordered almost. Since I was told I would get an email the 14th and never did I hope this person is right. Sucks I have to wait even longer again but maybe me saying something bout canceling my order made them be honest about having no stock

Well white is my 2nd choice and noone even has that one. I pre-ordered on 2/22. Were you on the phone with someone or via chat?Cause I've called the 1800 # several times too noone seems to have any info at all. But then from Samsung people are ordering and getting a shipping notice a couple days later on the same phone I read. I did the chat support. I think it started with the geek squad chat but they transferred me to the chat support or something. I saw you got a glitter spigen case. Where did you order it?

Amazon I had a gift card I got from work I got 2 I-blason cases and the Spigen for me and a Neo-Hybrid for my husband. And his white looks so nice in the clear case.

Oh and I just called the 1800 # and complained again she offered me a $25 dollar gift card so I took it and it will ship within 7-10 days.
