I've been watching this thread for about a week now. I'm in the same boat as many of you. I preordered a galaxy s10+ prism white for sprint on 03/02. I still havent gotten my phone and no one can give me a clear answer on when I'd be getting it. I was told it would be here on the 15th but they cant promise me that because they dont know what is on the truck. I did message Best Buy through Facebook, I complained and they gave me a $25 gift voucher. So maybe some of you could at least take advantage of that as some compensation. Hopefully I will be receiving a pick up email tomorrow. Fingers crossed

FYI - those who had pre ordered and haven't picked up their devices for whatever reason, end of Thursday was the last day before which they will be released back to store stock. You might want to check your local store stock online to see if your preferred model is in stock and then immediately place an order to pick up in store. Obviously you will lose the pre order gift but if you want the phone immediately not a bad option to check.

I wanted the regular S10 and found them in my local store after 10 pm. I reserved both white and blue, now have to decide which one to pick

Nope no email or anything. All I was told today was if it comes on the truck Friday night you can come get it Sat. But I'm not counting on it. And if not Friday I'll have to wait till the next delivery which is Mon. Hubby got his though yesterday. unlocked prism white from Samsung

Yeah, I feel the same way in a sense. I went with best buy because the preorder offer they had was the best. So I feel the wait is worth it because it does save me money but they shouldn't have promised me to get it on release date if they couldn't deliver. Also my local best buy and sprint are an hour away from where I live, so I would have had to make a trip regardless. Honestly, if they would have been upfront about the wait I would've been pretty chill about it. I'm hoping to get an email tonight, but I'm not holding my breath. I was told they put out the phones last so it would be later on before I got the pick up email. I'll let yall know when I get it. I have to add my local best buy did have a few blue and a few black s10+ in stock and I was offered one of those when I went to pick up my galaxy watch active. I decided to wait for the white because hello, its freaking gorgeous. Side note: they should have called the color Opal instead if prism white, just saying. I hope everyone gets their phones soon!!

I just checked Best Buy pink has no date at all says more coming soon the white said 3/29 and the black and blue said 3/19. I'm going out of town Wed and would love to have it before then. This is crazy! Oh and on Samsung now they all say get by 4/5. But my pink one a few days back had said by 3/15 which made me have a little hope that BB might get one by the 15th. But I don't know all I can do is wait and be glad I at least have a phone and am not without.

I didn't pre order like many of you so my wait won't be as long but I did miss out on the ear buds, not that I'm a huge fan of them or even really use anything like that, still tho, would have been a nice little perk. After two days of not getting anything from best buy I almost returned my order and went to Samsung but when I got to the end of the process it was going to cost me almost 100 dollars more so I figured I'd hold out. I mean I'm already spending a grand for something I don't really need right this minute anyway so I should try and save where I can. At this point I'd even take some of that 25 dollar love if I thought I could make them feel guilty enough. Lol

You did! You ordered from Samsung Monday and already got shipping? Was your card charged already? Maybe I'll do that and just say screw the buds. Samsung is supposed to be sending my husband 25 bucks promo so I could still buy the buds myself. Wow I should order and then see if mine comes in later tonight from Best Buy. I was told they get their order in around 7 or 8 and if mine doesn't come in and I can get one from Samsung sooner that would be great. I just need it before I go out of town on Wed. Wouldn't want it to come while I am gone.

I punched in the zip code of the hotel I am staying at and I didn't see any on Best Buys website. Some say a specific date but none had for pick up now I don't think and the dates were after I would be gone.

Thanks! I just am in loved with the S10 Plus and want it as bad as everyone else does. And like I said if I could get white I would take it and maybe lose out on the buds. But now I may order from Samsung and then cancel if my BB comes in which I am not counting on.

The "SHIPPED" confirmation came last night and my card has been charged and I have a tracking number but I'm sure they just generated a label because there has been no movement since. I did standard ground so I have no idea how long it will actually take to reach me. Like I said, if BB calls me, I can just refuse the package from Samsung. It doesn't hurt to try it.

So it states your phone has been shipped? Do you have any tracking info? I guess I could do it and than cancel like you if BB comes in sooner. Is your cancel button still their on Samsung site or gone? I'd hate to do it and it try to get here while we our out of town next week. And how is it they can ship out to people from Samsung but can't get Best Buy any LOL! I do know my store is getting a shipment tonight and if it's not on tonight's truck I have to wait till Monday which would really make me want to try Samsung.

The day is still young maybe we will get a email later tonight. I think it reminds me of a pearl but opal seems like a better name than prism. It's more fitting. I went to the website and the same phone I ordered now says you cannot get it shipped or picked up. Before it said getting more soon.. if you get an email let me know.

Rose you are waiting on the pink one right? every other Verizon variant is available at my stores here in Florida except the damn pink one... I forget did you ask your per-order store if you could change colors?
