That sucks which color did you order I forgot? I hate to lose my pre-order too and by the time my husband's phone gets returned to Samsung if I don't have my phone yet then I could just switch back to Samsung but they may not be doing the 550 anymore by that time who knows.

Rose i order the s10 flamingo pink and got the email from best buy that my phone was ready for pick up. So i got it yesterday. U should be getting your phone soon. Im located in miami, fl.. and i ordered the s10 plus white but i picked up that phone on march 8th. U should soon receive your pink phone

Hey so update on my order. The day I got an email saying I'll be getting my phone on March 29th, the next day I got my phone. Best Buy doesn't know anything.

Also the promotion for the headphones is run by Samsung. Wish they would just say that so I'd understand why they can't honor the preorder with a different phone. Anyways, I'll be getting my ear bugs in June... okay

I preordered the white and still haven't gotten word from my BB. I ordered the pink unlocked from samsung last week and its suppose to be delivered on Tuesday. Hopefully, I can still get the buds. Rose, worse case, you could ask BB to get you the Sprint Pink when it comes out (3/29) if this goes out that long. I hope it wont though.

I hope that everyone that got approved using the buy another phone method gets the buds.... My only worry would be that with out claiming your actual preorder they will eventually "see" it as a return and declare you ineligible.

Not saying it is right since they have a serious supply problem and should honor it but you never know. Sometimes businesses can do stupid things...lol

That's only for Samsung.com orders since they are part of original order and you will have to return the pre order gift if you return the phone. But for anything outside of Samsung.com once you get approved you are good. After that you return, do whatever you want doesn't matter. I have experience on this myself in one of the previous years where I returned the T-Mobile version to TMobile but my pre order gift was approved before I returned and still received the gift.

I dont think I can even get a different phone since my cancel went away but I thought about using my preorder proof if I did get a diff phone. I might as well wait since they told me I will supposedly get my phone on the 21st

Rose, I too preordered the pink and still have received no word on it. I went in and ended up buying the black, which they had in stock. If you think about it, you're most likely going to put a case on it anyway so I decided to give up choice color to get the phone. However, I submitted my receipt of the preorder of the pink phone and got approved to receive the buds still. So really, if you have proof of the preorder, there's still a chance you can forgo your preorder, buy a different color, and use the proof of preorder to still receive the buds.

Really oh wow I would do that then but I want the prism white that's my second color of choice. And I know they'll be a case on it but still.

I got prism white 128. I decided I will just wait. My cancel button went gray so who knows if they would have allowed it anyways. But if I was told the 21st and it doesnt come I'm gonna be pretty mad. Prolly stupid to be but by then it will be ridiculous. My boyfriend doesnt see the big deal

Well I'm leaving for vacation Wednesday so tomorrow night is my last chance for them to get a shipment in and I am off on Tuesday. So if they tell me no pink but they got a white one in Monday night I would just get that one and be done. Otherwise supposedly they'll be another truck Wednesday in another Friday but who knows whether believe in be any phones on any of the trucks all week. I wish my cancel order button would go Gray.

Really you got to pick up your pink phone yesterday? Wow I would love for mine to come in on their Monday night shipment so I can pick it up on Tuesday cuz I'm leaving Wednesday for vacation. And I would have five hours in the car to play with and set up my phone lol. Well it's good to know and if I don't get it hopefully when I get back from vacation.

On your pre-order receipt for the pink did yours never have a date to begin with and just say we'll e-mail you when in. I mean if by chance a white one came in I would get it and I would use my old pre-order receipt to get the buds I think that's only fair cuz I did pre-order not my fault I can't get my color in and I want the phone especially now that my husband has his LOL! But I do know the pink is going to be so nice and one of my cases is clear to show it off.

And I placed an order for the pink one from Samsung on Saturday and was just going to lose out on the buds but then I forgot and they sent me an email saying your phone has been placed on hold I forgot about the no two trade-ins in the same household. So I had to cancel with them again which is why I went with Best Buy to begin with.

But my husband better send his phone in before we go out of town on Wednesday. And once they receive his phone will see if I have my phone yet or not.

And I do know Sprint is coming out with their pink version on the 29th if I had to I would get that one maybe cuz I thought we were going to switch carriers and we never did when we got our note 8's unlocked. But because my husband's is unlocked just in case we were to ever switch I don't know I want to have unlocked too.

Where in Indiana are you? I'm in Louisville Kentucky. We have two Best buys and then there's one across the bridge in Clarksville Indiana which is probably about 30 minutes from the house 40 at the most. I called my other store here in Kentucky they didn't have any neither most places only have the e.

So guys, I wasnt able to get my phone on the way to the St. Patrick's Day parade. They called me and said that they have no idea when my phone will arrive, that it could be days.. it could be weeks. They also said they checked around other stores and no one has a phone that they can get for me. At this point, I'm over getting my Hope's up. I guess I'll just get it when I get it. It just sucks to go from being super excited to this is disappointing. Also, I just wanted to add that I actually came from a HTC M7 to a galaxy s8 lol that's weird that a lot of us made the transition around the same time. Now it's like HTC who?

Yeah our Best Buy Mobile at our mall closed down too! I need to just wait it out for the $550. But I just went to my orders on Best Buy and maybe it was already like this but I wanted to see if my cancel order went away like my husbands did on Samsung. But Best Buy's site for pink did say getting more soon and now It says no shipping available for my zip code and the white says the same thing. No Sprint version in white available neither. The blue says pick up on Thursday and the black says pick up by 4/5. And with me going out of town Wed I just have to wait. I'm not counting on it but still hope it comes in on tonight's shipment. Oh so now it's back to getting more soon when I went back to it I don't know I give up. Even on Samsung they all say ship by 4/5.

I would go thru Samsung and do it that way either unlocked or carrier unless those earbuds mean that much to u you're gonna be waiting for a while dealing with best buy. I been gave up wondering what they are doing or when they gonna have some shipment in. It ain't worth the stress

I feel your pain. Meanwhile theres people out there who didn't preorder who have the phones or ones who preordered after me that already have theirs. It sucks. I really hope we get our phones this week

Well I called Best Buy and just said do any stores nearby have white if I can't get the pink and was told if you order online you can have blue shipped to you by Wed or have it sent to store by Thurs. Well I am leaving for out of town on Wed and I have to do in store for trade in. They mentioned something about black too. They said white is back ordered. And I know their will be a case on it and I guess I could do blue but white really is my 2nd choice my husband has white and I like it. He said no one near by has any. I asked about how the cancel button won't let me cancel does that mean anything and he said he didn't know to call the 1800#.

He said they will get a shipment in tonight around 6 or 7 but their may not be any s10's at all he has no idea. I said well I am calling back at 8 just to see. But the white ones are now on backorder. It's just so crazy! And the 1800 # said the reason the cancel order isn't available for me online is cause I ordered in store and I would have to go into the store to cancel and get a new color. But no one in my area has any so their is nothing else I can do except bother Best Buy every couple days. LOL!
