BestBuy S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

I am still holding out hope that they call me and tell me my white phone came in. The pink one I ordered from Samsung is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, though. I would still order from BB next time. I'm a techie but I love a deal.

Where do you live and which phone are you waiting on? Yeah I am done getting my hopes up too! I may call my store and see if they do get a white one in tonight can I just come in tomorrow and get it instead. It would just be nice to have for my 5 hour road trip on Wed.

I live in a small town in MS, my nearest best buy is in Tupelo, MS. I'm waiting on the s10+ white 128gb for sprint. I've just been trying not to think it about it, but it's hard when there is a commerical for one every 5 freaking seconds

I still have my HTC M7...one of my FAVORITE phones. Best stereo speakers of ANY phone I've had since.

I actually still have mine, I gave it to my son for him to play games on. The only thing wrong with it is the battery life. Its definitely something I wouldnt be able to use now lol

They won't ship it to you with a trade in... One thing BestBuy is not flexible LOL

I know that but I was hoping but actually joking that if the Best Buy in California has a pink unlocked plus they could ship it to my Best Buy LOL! I have the direct extension for my store and I called around 7 30and of course nobody picked up I was on hold then it took me to the call center. Then I called back and I got hung up on. And then I was busy at work and they closed. So I don't expect my phone until I get back from vacation next week if I even get it then.

I got an email maybe Thursday saying that mine was shipped and should be here by the 26th. I got the white unlocked model of the S10 plus. Tracking says it was received in Alaska, not sure why it's taking the scenic route but I'm hoping for an early delivery. 14 days seems like a long route when it's in US hands.

I got an email maybe Thursday saying that mine was shipped and should be here by the 26th. I got the white unlocked model of the S10 plus. Tracking says it was received in Alaska, not sure why it's taking the scenic route but I'm hoping for an early delivery. 14 days seems like a long route when it's in US hands.

I hope you get yours sooner. Least you know when it will come. I'm jealous. Lol

I think what makes me annoyed is when I do check my email theres almost always a best buy email. I get excited and think this is it and then I find out it's just an ad about the phone or something else they are selling. Dang you best buy.

Same here I keep constantly checking my email and I keep getting other Best Buy emails about save 650 S10 Plus.

But yes I'll be out of town Wednesday through Monday so if my phone did not come in tonight it'll probably come in Wednesday or Friday maybe and they're just going to have to hold it for me and when I get back from vacation on Monday. Hopefully my husband will stop by there if it's in and let me run in and get it before we go home. They said they only hold for 5 days but after all the trouble I've been through they will hold for me till I get there. I mean if it comes in late Wednesday night don't call me Thursday and I'll have Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Monday that's 5 days so I should be good we'll see.

Yeah they say that the white ones are backordered too it's crazy. And yes maybe it's not that the pink is so popular maybe they did just not make enough cuz they didn't think it would be so popular heck I don't know. But other people say ordered from Best Buy are saying my pink one came in and ordered after me.

White is my second color of choice and they don't have any of those neither they say it's backordered and that's what I want a 128 plus unlocked.

Well my store said nothing came in which I expected but he did say the other store near me had 1 blue one. I was so tempted and I called the 1800# and they said which I don't believe that shipments are coming in between 3/21 through the 27th. He said even if mine came in on Wed nights truck Mon would be my final day to pick up which I would be back home to get it but I'm not counting on anything anymore. But my BB told me that the $50 trade-in ended Sat so if I went to get the blue one my pre-order would go away and the $550 trade-in is over. So I called this other store and was going to ask a manager and they tell me someone just bought the blue phone none are left.

So I guess that was a sign saying be patient your pink one will be waiting when you come back from vacation. LOL!

Yeah I have a feeling I will either have it when I get back or at least by the end of the week. I'm not too worried anymore. I'm going to Chicago and plan on having fun!
