IT should say TD needs more info with a 1800 number to call.. I got that message so need to call them before the note comes out... or maybe it will just try and re certify.

Since you said your phone was in I decided to check my email. And my phone is in!!!!! The chat tech who i last talked to didnt lie to me. I still have to get ready before I pick it up. I'm soo excited I didnt think I was ever going to get it lol
I ordered an unlocked s10+ in flamingo pink on February 27th from Best buy and I'm still waiting. I tried talking to Best buy a few days ago and they said they didn't have any inventory that as soon as they get it they will ship it out to me. I hope it gets shipped soon. At first I was willing to wait because I really wanted it in that color but now I'm getting impatient. I keep checking my emails 10x a day.
Damn, I preordered 2/24 and I’m still waiting. This is making me sad. Soon I feel like I’m going to be the only ones me without my pink phone.
I just got off the best buy chat. Best buy said they still don't have any inventory so they can't even give e an estimated ship date for the pink s10+
Yeah, this is so frustrating. I really want my pink phone. I live in California and someone posted about a week ago they received there’s. They also ordered 3 days after I did. I think they are just choosing random stores to send them to at this point. It doesn’t matter when you ordered. It’s like phone roulette lol.
Well guys, I got an email saying my phone was ready for pick up!!! I hope everyone else's comes as well!! I see a few of you also got good news!

OMG lucky you I have no email and my store gets orders on Mon,We'd, and Fri so I was hoping to have an email today but maybe it'll come in on Monday I'm off Tuesday.

OMG! I'm in the same boat no telling when mine will be in. As soon as my husband's Note 8 gets approved I'm ordering from Samsung.

I thought you would get your phone before me. Its prolly cause of your color. The prism is deff pretty. Although the battery isn't what I thought it would be. Maybe it just needs to die first. Do chat support it eventually told me when I was gonna get it. I hope you get yours soon. Maybe if you would have ordered the same color as me and the other person who got there phone the same time as me. But maybe not. We both ordered sprint and the same color. I hope you get it when you get back from your trip. Are you having fun
I was in a test today when they called my phone like 4 times to tell me my phone was in. When I went in, the rep said they unexpectedly got all of their remaining preorders on a truck that morning. He said it was about 50 phones. They didn't know they were coming but had been catching holy hell from customers who were still waiting for preorders. He acknowledged that they were caught off guard by the demand for the phones.
