this is true if history repeats itself. Maybe one day HTC will get it right in regards to battery life. Guess once the Holiday is released we will find out. It is a mean little machine though.
Its not a ne2 though.
Idk how I got it it just showed up when I checked online. Maybe it is just an online thing? Because everytime I check all the phones are $50 lower when I sign into my vzw account.
Yeah the LED on HTC phones suck. It's not multicolored and its in the speaker grille so you can hardly see it,rendering it pretty much useless. I love the LEDs that Motorola uses on their phones.Honestly, my biggest concern right now is whether or not these phones have notification LEDs. I have a Windows Phone now, but had a Droid before that. Not having an LED drives me nuts. Battery life is distant second for me.

I have an HTC Touch Pro2 running WinMo and the LED light on it seems fine to me. It's actually flashing at me right now! LOL Multi-color would be a nice add, but at least something is better than nothing imho....
Yeah, multicolored would be nice, but I'm not that picky. Just having the LED is good enough for me. I compulsively check my phone now because of the lack of LED. The Droid made it so easy.
One of the things I miss about my storm 2 is my led. I picked up an app that let me customize the colors and the notifications to the T. Ten times better than the light flow app for droid. And I loved how bright it was. The droid x is ok but the light is small compared to a BB light. I also loved the fact that the screen didn't have to be off for the led to start blinking.
Does the Bionic even have an LED notification light? I've never seen it in any pictures; and, if it does, will we be able to see it - really see it?
The OG Droid had a very visible notification LED and you can hardly see it when it is not on. So i doubt that you would see it from the leaked photosDoes the Bionic even have an LED notification light? I've never seen it in any pictures; and, if it does, will we be able to see it - really see it?
Holy Cow I just heard about the Canadian Motorola XT860 4G. It looks like a 4G D3.
Now that looks sweet and it does not seem to have Webb-top. I have been on record thinking the D3 will be a flop but I do read reviews the new keyboard is great.
If like this Canadian unit it had 4G I would have to ponder it over the Bionic.
@P3Droid tweeted this a little bit ago.
"Targa hint, its supposed to be LTE witha 4.5" screen."
I really hope this is true. Looking forward to the bigger screen.
Who is @P3Droid?? Reliable?
While this Canadian version has "4G" I don't think it's LTE. It's most likely just HSPA+ like T-Mobile and AT&T tout as 4G, but have nothing on Verizon's LTE.

I said a while back a 4.5" screen on the Bionic will be a win for Moto. If it pans out I give props to them. They need to get something epic out the door and a nice big screen is a VERY good call.
Who cares if the screen is 4.5 vs 4.3? RESOLUTION will be the key....I agree CK. I also think a 4.5 inch screen will be a big boost to the phone.
