I did live chat with Samsung Canada this morning (after 1 hr with remote assistance from US support last night-to be told US cannot help with a Canada phone). they told me to reset my phone.. I told them to fly a kite and fix the bug.
New Bixby update comes tonight.. I install.. wipe storage data... Wipe partition.. and reset Bixby.. guess what?
It's not fixed..Arrgghh! $1300 phone with integrated garbage app.. you can't uninstall and reinstall... Noooooooooo that would be too easy
Hi, to clear cache hold bixby, volume up,power button same time , it will have options to clear cache and reboot.How did you wipe partition? I can't figure out how to do that on the note 9. I used to do on the Note 5, you hold down 2 buttons and it brought you to a screen where you could wipe cache partition or factory reset the phone or just simply restart it. Now when you do that it only gives you the option to restart your phone. So how do you wipe partition nowadays?
