I use to be able to hold down the Bixby button and the voice app would show up, on any screen. After the Verizon update that feature doesn't work anymore. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Getting a message in Bixby after saying "Hi B." which says "Your in native context, to switch say Open". Underneath is says start commands with "Open".

When I do, it always comes back with "There may be a connection problem." I also don't see anything about native context or anything in settings..... anyone??? Thanks

Hobbesk73, Where is this located??? I didnt see anything in Bixby settings, or in the phone settings that says "view as simplified list"

I think I may know what you are talking about. What I found is I have to hold the Bixby button and begin talking to her "open .... yada yada yada" while still holding the button. When I am done talking I release the button and she will respond.

So Bixby has to be online? It doesn't respond to my voice, it keeps saying, they may be a connection problem. It says that even though wifi is on, and even when I enable both wifi and data together. I have weak connections in my cottage, but my bank, my email and the playstore manage to function but I can't get Bixby to work.
