Bloat Freezer Application/Bricking Questions

I would like to freeze the following apps to save battery life and improve performance:

amazon mp3, allshare, latitude, media hub, sprint football live, sprint tutorial widgets, sprint tv, sprint tv widget, and sprint id

would freezing any of these apps cause ne problems, like freezing or bricking my phone?
also please make any suggestions for other bloatware to get rid of to improve battery life
