Bloat ware

Usually if you go to setting>apps and swipe to the 'all' tab you can find the app you don't use and disable it. As you are rooted, you may even be able to remove some apps. I am sure someone more qualified than I can expand on that.
 
Install Titanium Backup and you can uninstall anything. Be careful though, because you can even uninstall system apps and screw up your ROM.
 
Since your device is rooted, you can either use Titanium Backup to uninstall bloatware, or install Root explorer, mount as RW, navigate to /system/app and delete the .apk's manually from there.
Be aware that deleting certain system apps may damage your device. Also, Titanium Backup has caused many bootloops and soft-bricks when you batch-restore apps, so you may want to individually restore them instead.
