BLU VIVO XL: Change Led Notification Color

Hello everyone! It is the first time I write in this forum, I will try to express in my poor English: /
I have the BLU Vivo XL and I can not find the way to customize the color of the notifications led. Even with external programs (light flow, led blinker etc)
Is there any way to do it?
