AC Question

I have just noticed a blue circle in the top left corner of my screen when I am not in an app. I can drag it out about a half inch towards the middle of the screen,It almost looks like some kind of launcher but it doesn't extend any further. It is a Samsung galaxy S7 edge that was recently upgraded to android 7.0

If it is the circle I am thinking about, I get this blue circle as well but if you click on it it shows the last message you sent out or received. I don't know why it is there but I just move it around when it is on top of something. It is sort of annoying.

I have the same problem on my regular Galaxy s7. With mine it is a very small halftime teardrop in the top left corner and I can drag it out just an eighth of an inch and that's all. Pressing on it doesn't do anything and it goes away in apps but showes up on the home screen. It isn't a big deal just kind of annoying just want to see if anyone else has this problem

... Me being me i just thought wellll let's try restarting my phone i mean it's worth a try. And now it's gone. But saying that before i came searching on google i disabled the app "samsung connect" because thats the most recent app that randomly appeared on my phone. However when i removed that app the tear drop did not disappear... Anywhoooooo it is gone now that i restarted my phone sooo try dat goiisseeee xxooxox

i think... it is the Blue Light Filter notification that it is on.

i could be wrong. turn it off in settings and see if it comes back.
