Bluetooth audio stopped working

[Android Central Question]

I listen to audio books on ny way to work every day and it just suddenly stopped working the other day. I did a master reset and re-paired my phone to sync but it connects and then disconnects. I have a 2015 ford fusion and am using a samsung a71. Can anyone help?

Have you got any other Bluetooth devices with you in the car (eg headphones) that may be accidentally being powered on and grabbing the connection? Have you got any other devices paired with your phone?

Welcome to Android Central! Did you already try forgetting the car from your phone (and the phone from your car), and then try re-pairing again?
