I think I'd like to play with this. The Torque application seems to be pretty popular. Anyone try pairing one of the cheap Bluetooth OBD2 scanner dongles off Amazon with their Maxx and have an experience to tell me about?

On my razr non maxx. It works great. I can see all these cool lil info on my ford f150. And whenever a check engine comes up in any of my or my family's or friend's vehicles show up. I have an opportunity to use it. And it works. If it cannot tell what the code is. It goes online and u can check urself. Ill see when i have a chance to upload pics

So did I. Plugged it in and installed Torque. Torque is sort of not real intuitive - OK, it kinda sucks. It's painful to set up. But once you do it works well and it shows me everything that's going on with my Mazda 6. Very cool.

I use one of the eBay dongles. Works great with Torque.
Torque although not intuitive is very useful.
Reads and resets codes and give real time information on all readable sensors.

I've used the read/reset function on BMW e36 M3, 335i, Mazda 3, Mazda 6, Dodge Grand Caravan, Dodge Magnum, Chrysler pacifica and Porsche Boxter.

I'm a tech at an independent shop that works on all makes, all models. That being said torque works great when I need to check codes and readiness monitors quickly. I use the elm327 adapter and it works flawlessly. You should see the looks on customers faces when I tell them what's wrong with their cars using my phone haha. You can even email ecu reports.

Where did you download the software for tuning from superchips?? I was wondering if this software would work for the elm327 mini bluetooth dongle, from an android phone... If so, I could use this software... I have friends asking me all the time, about remapping their ecu's / ecm's in their vehicles... Any input, and info will be very helpful.
