Bluetooth tethering issues (apps seem to be hit or miss)

Rooted TF Prime running PDANet Tablet 2.20
Unrooted HTC Evo 3D running FoxFi 1.80

The browsers (Dolphin HD, Chrome beta) work, however when I try to download just keeps going without actually downloading anything. Gmail doesn't work, the built-in mail app does work. The Zynga games (WwF, HwF & SwF) don't detect a network connection. The Facebook & Twitter apps seem to work ok.

Anyone have any ideas as to what's going on?

I am having the same exact issue, but my Prime is unrooted. I just figured it was because I hadn't rooted the Prime.

Mine just started doing it since the latest mass updates for my apps. I'm still investigating. I'm not rooted using Prime and EVO3D PDANet/Foxi.

Mine is rooted, but not with a custom ROM (I just did it for superuser access).
