What baseband (modem) version do you currently have loaded?
If you really wanted to get back as close to stock as possible, this should work:
First, download this:
http://adrynalyne.us/files/kernels/DL09_stock.zip This is the stock DL09 kernel.
Next, download this:
http://gunsforgeeks.com/Fascinate/DL09_stock.zip This is the stock, bloated, odexed DL09 system.
Put your SD card into a reader, copy these over, reboot into CWM (assuming you have it installed) and flash both. At this point, you should be on stock DL09. You'll have the SuperUser app installed, but you can always long-press on it and delete it.
You can either stop here and fairly safely assume no one at a Verizon store will notice any system/baseband mismatch (if there is one), or you can do the following:
Download this:
EA28 update This is the EA28 update. Place this on the root of your SD card, reboot into recovery and choose "apply update from sdcard". Hopefully this will install (not completely sure if the CWM recovery will install standard official updates).
Assuming that works, download this:
ED01 update This is the full, official ED01 update, which will include everything - ROM, kernel and modem. Put it again on the root of your SD card, reboot into recovery and install. If all goes well, you'll be completely on official ED01.
One word of warning, be careful with these last two steps. I believe as of EA28, the recovery will be overwritten on the first boot. The EA28 doesn't include the kernel, so it shouldn't happen, but the ED01 does, so after you install that, you'll definitely loose CWM and be stuck where you are, for good.
Also, these both include modem delta patches, so not the complete modem file. I would check with Adrenalyn, DroidX or the others to see what they think about this - it may be safer to just stop at the DL09 kernel and ROM than risk messing up your modem by patching older versions over newer versions. But this all depends on what modem you currently have installed - if you happen to have DL09, then you should be good to go.
