Yes, currently have buyer's remorse.
My Pixel 2XL is being delivered Friday; however, 2 issues so far:
1) Customer service - So far not good.
I selected overnight shipping, they charged me overnight, but shipped ground. I contacted customer service twice and got the following:
- email - we show overnight shipping, so no refund (pretty close to verbatim but FedEx and the order on Google's own site show ground 3 day)
- Phone call - After 15 min hold to investigate customer service said "we see the error, but you aren't being charged overnight, but we're not sure so escalating to higher support". (my credit card charge disagrees and level 2 for a $18 charge?)
2) Screen - LG POLED panel doesn't appear to be great. Google is charging Note 8 prices, and I was "hoping" for S8 / Note 8 screen quality - all reviews clearly state that isn't the case.
