Buyers Remorse. Anyone starting to get it?

No regrets. Tested a mostly final version for almost two months and really excited for the phone I ordered to arrive someday.
Do you work for Google or something? I figured you had to have access to it or something. When is your phone arriving? I'm looking at Nov 28-29. Considering canceling and getting it from Verizon. It still says Nov 1st in the app.
I'm actually surprised how much i like the note whenever i play with it. Didn't think I'd even consider it but now it's making my next phones decision much harder. It's probably because it's a lot faster than what I've come to expect from Sammy.

Hopefully the mate 10 is either the best phone ever or super disappointing because i don't know what I'm gonna do if i have 3 phones to decide between.
Get all 3 of them! Haha
Huh. HTC updates their phones faster than Samsung. I've seen countless articles on this topic. HTC has the most transparent process.
Why would HTC need the same security updates when Samsung's TouchWiz is far different from the practically stock Android OS that HTC uses? Not to mention what I last saw HTC/Sprint we're the fastest to push out updates.
HTC is faster with major updates, but Samsung pushes the security updates out that Google releases every month much more regularly than most of the other manufacturers.

Ordered from Verizon, no ship date other than the 11/1 date.
No answer on the working for Google thing huh lol. Oh ok. Yeah I'm considering switching to that. I've just heard that customer service is much better if you buy it from Google. I'm impatient though.

Oh, no I don't. I've tested apps and a couple gadgets for a couple years, but not an employee.

1000 dollars is really not a lot of money for the average person these days. I think it just seems like a lot because it feels like the same money from when I was a kid.

With a median gross household income of roughly $60k, I think $1,000 is actually quite a lot for an average person, especially if it is invested in technology that is generally considered obsolete every 1-2 years.

Lol.. the last car i bought was $2k.. so this phone is half of that and 4000lbs lighter.. i hear ya seems like some of the prices are becoming unobtainable.. average new car price is $33k and i will never buy.

No, plain and simple. But then I'm coming from a 2 year old Nexus 6P.

It's what the market will bear for a high end phone. For those people who make less there are payment plans or they should look at other options. There are phones at all levels that people can't afford. There are things I can't afford....that's just the way it is. Obviously there are plenty of people willing to part with it as evidenced by sales of Apple, Samsung, Google, etc.

Nope. No buyer's remorse from me. I'm so stoked to be getting this phone.

I have been waiting for the Pixel 2 since the first Pixel was revealed.

No, I don't have any remorse at all.

Who are you people that buy two different phones in two months. Must be some rich people here. I have plenty of money but keep my phones for 3 years. My Galaxy Note Edge is on its last legs so looking forward to a replacement soon still $1000 is too much to pay for a phone.
