Call connection tone?

I was wondering if it is possible to set the device to play a sound upon the connection of a call. So for example, you're receiving a call and the phone rings. You swipe the answer call bar in order to answer it. Could there be a tone when you do this and the connection is established?

So it will go like this...

ring ring...ring ring...answer...bzzzzzz...start talking
