Calling plus help

Hi. I'm new here. I have a sprint galaxy s9 since March. I live in an area where I dont get sprint signal so solely rely on wifi calling / calling plus. As of yesterday morning calling plus quit working. This happened on my s8 prior and after no help with tech support and hrs of research I found someone who suggest to update the PLR. And that did it. However the 9 worked great til yesterday. It says the calling plus is in the on position however no icon and doesnt work. Tech support hasnt a clue and here I am asking for help. I cannot receive or send texts nor calls. I've done everything short of a full complete restore. Any help please. Wifi works great. Calling plus will not work. TIA for any help. Kelly

Well I ran to town today and the calling plus turned on and was working. I got all excited that it fixed itself. I came home and now it won't work. I dont get it. My husband has a s6 and not one issue. Wifi calling works great. What am I missing? Please help.

Well if it works fine on a different wifi then it must be something to do with your wifi

you have to have sprint LTE working or it won't come on.
